BELL
Lead Pastor
Chris Bell is our Lead Pastor at 3Circle. He loves helping people understand and treasure the Bible, leading them to tangibly impact the world for Christ. He also enjoys speaking at conferences and coaching other pastors and leaders.
Chris studied Theology and Communications at the University of Mobile and Luther Rice Seminary. He is married to Nan, and together they have three children.
He enjoys the outdoors and Alabama football, and his favorite verses of Scripture are 2 Corinthians 5:21 and 2 Timothy 1:7.

THRASH
Campus Pastor
Jourdain Thrash serves as the Fairhope Campus Pastor and a Teaching Pastor at 3Circle Church. He has been on staff since 2016, and is passionate about faithfully preaching God’s Word, helping people grow in their faith and leadership, and ensuring that the church maintains a strong mission, vision, and culture.
He and his wife, Angel, who also serves on staff, have two daughters, Rowan and Elowen. Outside of ministry, Jourdain enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, cooking, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
One of his favorite passages of Scripture is 1 John 4:7-12, which speaks of God’s love and how we are called to love one another.
