Chris Bell is our Lead Pastor at 3Circle. He loves helping people understand and treasure the Bible, leading them to tangibly impact the world for Christ. He also enjoys speaking at conferences and coaching other pastors and leaders.

Chris studied Theology and Communications at the University of Mobile and Luther Rice Seminary. He is married to Nan, and together they have three children.

He enjoys the outdoors and Alabama football, and his favorite verses of Scripture are 2 Corinthians 5:21 and 2 Timothy 1:7.

Aaron Miller is our Campus Pastor at 3Circle Church-Robertsdale. He is originally from Greenville, Alabama where he came to faith as a teenager. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Coast Guard, where he served for almost 10 years. Towards the end of his time in the Coast Guard, he felt a call to full-time ministry and began seminary while serving as a Student Ministry Intern in Louisiana.

He joined 3Circle Church Robertsdale as the Family Pastor in July 2025. Aaron is married to Katie, and they have 4 children: Matthew, Michael, Mason, and Marlee Kate. His passion in ministry is discipling people into a deeper relationship with Christ. Outside of ministry, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing golf, and swimming. One of Aaron’s favorite passages of Scripture is Matthew 28:18-20.
