AIM also helps fund multiple feeding programs through local church pastors in India and Costa Rica, with the help of our partners.

Jamison and Kelli Creel

Serving in Athens, Greece

Jamison and Kelli Creel are long-term veteran missionaries who met while serving the Palestinian people in Jerusalem. They lived for over twenty years in Israel, serving in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. They raised their children Andrew, Abigail, Madeline, Micah, and Nathaniel there. Jamison studied history and psychology at Lee University and holds a master’s degree in Middle Eastern Cultures and Religions from Jerusalem University College along with teacher certification from Kingwood College in Texas.

The Creel’s ministry has always centered around using education as a platform to reach Muslim people with the Gospel. He served as the superintendent of Jerusalem School – Bethlehem for over a decade growing the school from around 200 students to over 700. He is currently tasked with implementing a similar model in Greece. Greece is the primary entry point of Afghan, Syrian, Iranian, and Iraqi refugees into Europe. Hundreds of thousands of Muslim refugees and immigrants reside there. These refugee populations suffer from severe poverty and extremely high illiteracy rates. Jamison’s ministry, The Mars Hill Initiative, aims to serve those needs while sharing the Gospel.

Jamison is a true and dedicated Bible teacher. His favorite moments are when he gets to share the Bible with Muslims who have never read it before.

Jamison can be reached at jamison.creel@gmail.com.

Mary Purvis

Serving in Rabinal, BV, Guatemala

Mary was raised as a missionary-kid in Mexico for the first 14 years of her life which allows her to be bi-lingual and multi-cultural. God called her to work among the Maya-Achi Indians of Guatemala where she has been working part-time since the year 2000 and full time since 2011.

Her house is called Guatemala Landing Zone. It is a "Landing Zone" for many, including hosting mission teams that come volunteer, and also being a "haven of hope" for many Guatemalans including unwed mothers, rape victims, domestic abuse, and other difficult situations. Mary's main focus is a feeding program (named Banners of Love) in the village of Pacux where she feeds over 140 children and elderly a hot meal once a day, Monday thru Friday. She also has approximately 50 students that receive a financial scholarship. Mary also does a weekly Christian radio program, in addition to visiting several villages in her area. In 2016 she financially assisted in the making of a Christian music CD that is already sweeping the area with its uplifting songs.

She is assisted faithfully by two Guatemalan girls in their mid-20's, Sheny and Marisol. Mary has known them since they were very young and now they are an important part of Guatemala Landing Zone. Mary was the very first missionary sent out by 3Circle Church and she is so very thankful for all they do in helping her ministry on a monthly basis. That helps free her up, to do what God has called her to do, which is reach the Maya-Achi people group for the Lord.

Thank you for all your love, financial support and prayers.

Catalina Tate

Serving Quito, Ecuador

I am from Ecuador, and Daphne is the place I have called home since 2014. After coming to Christ through a church planting effort in Quito, I received my call to missions, to serve the Lord and proclaim His goodness and salvation to all the nations. “Declaring the praises of him who called me out of darkness into his wonderful light” (1 Peter 2:9).

I have been a missionary for 24 years, first serving in Ecuador as founder and director of the first Pregnancy Resource Center. Since 2012, I have been a missionary with Globe International, serving worldwide with LIFE International, equipping pastors and ministry leaders, helping them to gain a greater understanding between the connection of the Gospel and the value of every human life. “There is nothing more valuable than human life, because we are made by God in His image. God values human beings so much that He sacrificed His Son, Jesus Christ, in order to rescue us” (LIFE International). We also serve pregnancy centers, walking alongside them in their unique calling to serve their communities, reaching out and meeting the needs of those who are facing an unplanned pregnancy or are dealing with the sorrow of an abortion decision.

I embrace discipleship as a key element in the life of every believer and being so, using the gifts God has given me of teaching, coaching, encouraging, and shepherding, I seek to encourage people and help them grow:

Individually: In closer communion with God
Corporately: Developing a trustworthy Christian community
Leading Others: To declare His goodness and expand His Kingdom

Pano Rojas

Serving in Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Juan Diego Rojas, also known as “Pano” is the director of Casa Vida Plantationin Tamarindo, Costa Rica and the pastor of Casa Vida Church Tamarindo.

Pano’s vision is to develop and train leaders to plant churches. The strategy he has, is, besides the local church were he regularly teaches, he wants to develop a Biblical Institute in Tamarindo. Actually the institute has already three courses going on, but the desire is to offer more training. Pano’s heart is to reach the lost of his country and beyond, by planting churches that are culturally relevant but Biblically strong and Theologically sound. Pano has a heart to teach and to preach. Besides being the lead pastor in Casa Vida Tamarindo Church, he leads Casa Vida Plantation which aims to plant churches in costal communities of Costa Rica. Plantation has planted three churches so far and is working in the plantation of one more.

Pano has a heart for the gospel and to see people being transformed by the preaching of it and by the power of the Holy Spirit. He has dedicated the last 12 years to the ministry, to the preaching and to the investment in new leaders. He went to Southern Baptist Theological Seminary to get his Master’s of Divinity, but he wants to continue his studies pursuing a Ph.D in the area of Historical Theology. Pano believes there is a lack of Biblical Scholars and good Biblical Teachers in Costa Rica. He has written two books, and several articles which have been published in international platforms. One of his desires is to keep contributing in this area to the Latin American Church and to the mission.

Alex Bejarano

Serving in Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Alex is one of the pastors of Iglesia Casa Vida Tamarindo.

As part of the founding leadership of Casa Vida, Alex knew from the moment the Lord called him that he had a deep desire to serve Jesus for the rest of his life. As God drew him closer to his calling it wasn’t until the founding pastor of Casa Vida, Pano Rojas, went to seminary that Alex was commissioned to become the lead pastor of the local church. At a critical time in the church Alex took on the task of restructuring different areas that needed attention such as a deeper sense of community, a more effective approach to discipleship and local missions. In doing so Casa Vida Tamarindo is now in a stage of walking faithfully to become the church displayed by the apostle Paul in Ephesians 4:1-16.

Casa Vida Tamarindo has new found needs with it’s new vision such as the local Children’s Feeding Center and the growing Mercy Home ministry building homes for the poor but also the task of raising mature disciples through sound teaching and discipleship. Please pray for Casa Vida Tamarindo that the Lord may lead them through the Holy Spirit to grow faithfully in the marks of a healthy church for the glory of God. Alex is married to his loving wife Lynn and they both have two beautiful daughters, Ariana and Kaila.

Daniel Valverde

Serving in Nosara, Costa Rica

Dani is the pastor of Casa Vida Nosara and partners in a church planting organization called Plantación Casa Vida.

After working with different youth groups in San Jose, the Lord called him and his family to plant a church in Nosara 7 years ago. With the clear mission of planting biblically relevant churches and making truly committed disciples, they have been developing programs that involve profound and systematic Bible studies, evangelizing events, outreaches, and social work (building houses for the people in need or similar). Also, they recently started a Christian-based education program for people in the community that are not able to enroll in the public system. As the church grows, they face the need of being in full-time ministry, building new facilities and classrooms to gather, land provided by God , a Christian community center, and a place for missionaries to stay when serving this community. Please join them in prayer and consider supporting them in their mission.
