Hope Center is a ministry of 3Circle Church providing low-cost medical and dental care to those who are uninsured or underinsured across Baldwin County, Mobile County, and the surrounding areas. Our professional volunteers are committed to meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of every person who walks through our doors — with excellence, warmth, and genuine care.

What to Bring
Since our medical and dental services provided are based on a client’s income, please bring the following documentation:
- Driver’s license or other form of picture ID
- Copy of the most recent income tax return
*If you cannot provide a copy of your recent 1040, 1040A, or similar documents, please bring your household’s W2 documents, or two pay stubs for those in your household to verify income.
